It is not a secret that Savannah Guthrie happens to be a Swiftie through and through – and this Halloween, she was able to embody her favorite artist.
The co-anchor at Today stepped out on Halloween dressed up as Swift. Clad in a glittery blue and pink leotard, a long blonde wig, and red lipstick (Swift’s signature color). Moreover, Savannah wasn’t alone – she came with Vale, her 9-year-old daughter, dressed in cowboy boots and a sparkly gold skirt.
The pair delivered a performance of sorts, holding hands and dancing to Swift’s Cruel Summer.
On Today’s 3rd hour, Savannah gushed, “To get to be on stage with my little girl was so fun. And it was a dream come true.”
As per the costume designer of Today, Staci Greenbaum, the bodysuit worn by Savannah was actually custom-made with rhinestones and sequins from eight different fabrics. Greenbaum declared, “She looks like a knockout. I mean, it’s absolutely incredible.”
Savannah And Vale On Swift’s Love Life:
The mother-daughter duo loves talking about Swift’s love life. And that’s crazy, considering the twelve-time Grammy winner is currently going out with Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.
In September, Savannah told Today, “My 9-year-old’s talking about it. She’s like, ‘Is it real mom? He better not break her heart. My daughter said this morning, ‘If he breaks her heart, I’ll break him.’”
In August, Savannah flew from NYC to Los Angeles with Vale to attend the sold-out Eras Tour of Swift. On Instagram, Savannah captioned a photo of the experience with the words, “We are ready for it!”
Savannah also has a 6-year-old son called Charley with her husband, Michael Feldman. Additionally, Savannah loves hanging around with her son as well.
